Fighters weighing between 100-126lbs are advised to use gloves weighing 14 ounces during sparring sessions. For those in the 126-160 lb. range, 14 or 16-ounce gloves are suitable, while fighters over 160lbs are encouraged to opt for 16 or 18-ounce gloves for sparring purpose.
